Pouring pudding through a cheeseloth lined sieve

While the pudding is still hot and pliable:

Pour it into the cheesecloth lined sieve.


Gather the ends of the cheesecloth.



  Squeeze the hot pudding through the cheesecloth, letting it pour into the sieve.


I found out the hard way that if I used a set of tongs, instead of my fingers, that it didn’t burn my fingers so much.




Discard used cheesecloth.
