PEPPERMINT
SCHNAPPS
Ingredients
10 cups water
2 cups sugar
3 cups-- 190
proof grain alcohol (Everclear)
1 oz. peppermint
extract
Instructions
1. Stir the water and the sugar together in a large pan.
2. Bring to a boil.
3. After the water reaches a boil, reduce the heat and
simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Cool the water to room temperature.
5. Stir in the grain alcohol and extract.
