Meatloaf
10 Individual Servings
Ingredients:
Sauce:
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
Meatloaf:
1 cup diced onion
3 cloves garlic, grated
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
¼ cup barbeque sauce
2 eggs
1 cup cracker crumbs
2 lb. ground beef
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°.
2. In a small bowl,
combine the sauce ingredients, set aside.
3. Line a jelly roll pan
with a double layer of parchment paper, set aside.
4. Sauté the onion and
garlic, in a little bit of butter, until soft.
5. Combine sautéed mixture
with the remaining meatloaf ingredients, in a large bowl.
6. Divide the meat mixture
into 10 individual sized meatloaves.
7. Place individual
meatloaves onto prepared pan, set aside.
8. Ladle the sauce,
evenly, over each individual loaves.
9. Bake at 375° for 75
minutes.
