5-6 servings
Ingredients: 
3 medium cucumbers,
peeled and sliced to 1 inch thick
1  medium onion, sliced
4  medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
½  cup white vinegar
¼  cup sugar
1  cup water
2 ½  teaspoons salt
1  teaspoon black pepper
¼  cup oil
 Instructions:
1.  Combine all the
ingredients.
2.  Mix well.
3.  Refrigerate at least 2
hours before serving.
